These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
NB: We reserve the right to decline a PayPal payment with an unverified account or unconfirmed address.
1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Please be certain that you are happy with the safety of any product before using your car on a public highway.
1.15 DRB Car Spares & Accessories take great care when entering products and information onto this site and try to maintain accuracy at all times. Sometimes however, we have to admit that we "got it wrong" by unintentionally publishing the wrong information, e.g. product, price, description or availability. On the very rare occasion that this may happen, we reserve the right to cancel your order, even if you have received confirmation of your order by e-mail. You will of course receive a full refund of any charges already made.
1.16 DRB Car Spares & Accessories recommend that professional advice is taken when fitting any product that may alter the original design or performance of the vehicle.
1.17 Some products are designed for competition or off road use only. If this is the case the product packaging will display this. If you are unsure about the legal use of a product on the road please contact us.
Exclusion of Liability
1.18 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.
1.19 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Shipping and Returns
Free UK Shipping
2.1 We will deliver to all postal areas in the UK. However delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands may not always be possible or may incur a delivery charge. We will advise of any additional charges by e-mail or phone and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the order. Should you decide to cancel the order at this time we will of course refund your payment in full.
2.2 We aim to dispatch your order immediately providing it is in stock in our warehouse. Should there be any delays we will inform you by e-mail or phone. We would expect you to receive your UK order within 2 to 7 working days from being dispatched by us (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Deliveries to European destinations may take longer, depending on the item ordered. If the order is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed by email of expected delivery times.
2.3 We use the services of Royal Mail, Parcel Force and some independent carriers to make our deliveries. The majority of deliveries we make will need to be signed for so please make sure someone will be at home to accept delivery. We are happy to deliver to workplace addresses if that is more convenient.
2.4 Please ensure that the goods are checked before signing for them as we cannot accept any claims for damages if you sign without checking. Any damage to the goods or packaging should be pointed out to the carrier at the time of delivery and signed for accordingly. Please report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can take the matter up with the carrier. If after 2 weeks you have not received your order, please inform us immediately. Your order may have been lost by the carrier and we cannot make a claim against them if more than 21 days has elapsed since your order was sent out.
2.5 We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe that the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or a PO Box. If this affects your order we will notify you as soon as possible.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an order
2.6 If you wish to change or cancel an order before dispatch please contact our Customer Services team on 01925 415294 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
2.7 Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our Returns section for further details on our returns policy).
2.8 Your right to cancel
If you wish to cancel the order and return the goods, you must inform us within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. We will then require the goods to be returned to our Warrington store, within 14 days from the cancellation of the order. Any goods returned to us under your right to cancel, must be unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and be suitable for re-sale as new products. Once we have received the goods, we will issue a full refund for the goods including any delivery charges, if applicable. All goods returned to us after cancelling an order, must be returned to us at your own cost.
Returns Policy & Procedure
2.9 It is our responsibility to supply goods that meet with your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, then please contact us.
We are pretty certain that you will be delighted with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us then we will try to make it as easy as we can. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order so long as it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
2.10 We will refund the price of the item and cost of delivery to the purchaser but the cost of carriage to return the unwanted item to us will be at your cost.
2.11 If an item arrives damaged or becomes faulty we will arrange to replace it at our cost (up to 90 days after purchase).
After 90 days we may offer to collect the item and arrange for it to be repaired where appropriate (again at our cost).
We will keep you informed about the progress of any replacement products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Procedure for exchanging or returning an item:
2.12 If you would like to request a return, please send an email to our customer service team outlining the item you would like to return, your original order number, our stock number and the reason. Please tell us if you would like the product exchanged or refunded.
We will respond as soon as we can giving a returns note authorization number. Please print this email and enclose it with your item as it will give us all the details we need to process your refund or replacement.
Please package the item securely for transit, using the manufacturers original packaging if available, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete including instruction manuals, fixing screws etc.
Once we have received and processed the returned item we will process the refund or dispatch the replacement item.
